Social Connections is for participants that enjoy getting out and about, sharing interests and trying something new.
Participants can choose from a range of exciting activities, events and trips away.
All of our Social Connections activities provide you with the opportunity to:
- Make decisions about what activities to participate in and how this looks to suit you
- Learn how to safely navigate the community
- Build positive social interactions and connections with your peers and others
- Explore activities that allow you to express your creative side
- Be supported to participate in the community how you choose
