What do Matt’s NDIS goals say about him?

AT Options Disability Support every NDIS goal is individual, and every day different. We know a lot about our participants and knowing each participant’s goals is important to how we develop our programs, but what do those NDIS goals tell us?

For Matt, his goal is to learn to travel independently so he can visit his sister. It’s one of the many goals Matt has told us he wants to achieve at Options Disability Support.

Our workers know Matt to be a gorgeous, gentle fella, who cares for the people around him and learns quickly.

We also know Matt’s a man with big dreams. To achieve his goals, with people he knows and in places he loves, he wants our support to have a walk-on role in one of our theatre shows. He also wants our support to make healthy food choices and build his independent living skills.

Matt is just one of our many participants working toward personal goals and we’ve put in place the programs and individual supports he’ll need to achieve those goals.

At Options Disability Support we offer individual home and living supports along with a program of day activities to meet participant goals. Matt’s goals tell us he is moving toward an independent life where he’ll make his own daily choices, enjoy his network of family and friends – no matter how far away they might be – and even get that walk on theatre role.

Everyone’s goals and support needs are different. Let us support you in your NDIS goal. Phone our NSW Central Coast office on (02) 4340 5155, or email admin@optionsdisabilitysupport.org.au or visit our website www.optionsdisabilitysupport.org.au to learn more.
